Initially starting his career as a director at the non-profit Campfire USA in the United States, Max has acquired varied and extensive academic credentials earning a Bachelor of Applied Arts in 2011, a Master of Juris Doctor in 2018 and is currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate in Public Management from the University of New South Wales with a focus on high-potential employees. Max relies on the most rigorous and current information from academic research to deliver and design programs that ensure employees, as well as the organisations they belong to, maximise their outcomes.

Professor Catherine Althaus has 30 years of extensive experience across senior public sector, higher education, community development, defence, commercial, advisory board and consultancy services working with diverse communities and clients spanning Australia, Canada, South Africa and Aotearoa New Zealand. Catherine provides one-on-one executive coaching services tailored to meet each client’s needs, working closely to focus on areas of growth.
As an award-winning practitioner, author, and scholar, Catherine leverages the best of theory and practice and brings a passion for marshalling the strength of diversity and inclusion and serving those who serve others. She is a highly experienced virtual and face-to-face leadership facilitator with skills in somatic, creative, Indigenous and biodynamic leadership and is a Kansas Leadership Center certified Adaptive Leadership facilitator, case in point instructor, coach and a Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) facilitator, and a member of the International Coaching Federation.

Megan does all of the ‘fun’ stuff to keep the Rixe Group running. While responsible for quality assurance, invoicing, booking and liaising with clients, Megan also uses her vast knowledge of learning and communication to ensure that the learning approach of the Rixe Group is theoretically sound and results in a transfer of learning for participants.
