What we bring to the table

The latest research

The Rixe Group takes an evidence based approach to learning. We recognise that our participants, in the demonstration of leadership, are set on tackling tough challenges. They deserve better than pop psychology or fads to enable and empower their leadership journeys.

Our learning approach is academic in substance but not in approach. Think of us as translators - we take an academic base and translate it into real life solutions for participants.

Engaging presenters

All the learning in the world is soon forgotten without an engaging facilitator.

We create memorable workshops and an interactive atmosphere to galvanise the learning experience and empower participants to action their learning well after our time together.

Our facilitators recognise that we are developing people not models. we put people first and appreciate the diverse and highly individual experiences and needs of learners.

A little bit of mischief

You can leave the stuffy ‘corporate world of old’ at the door. We celebrate everything that it means to be Adaptive in the 21st century: individuality, agility and creativity.

Our programs are modern and ever-evolving in step with the light-speed changes that are happening in the workplace…and for that, we need to keep limber and undo that tie.

We’re ready to help you get more out of leadership.
